Privacy policy

Last updated: October 17, 2026

You can search and read every phrase on BolenEnglish without an account. We only keep information about you if you choose to sign in.

What we keep when you sign in

• Your email address and the name on your Google account, used to create your profile.
• The username you pick, which other members can see.
• Phrases and translations you add, phrases you save or like, and the points you earn.

We use this only to run your account and show your contributions. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or send you marketing emails.

Where it is stored

Accounts and phrases are stored with Supabase, and the website is hosted by Vercel. Google handles the “Sign in with Google” step and tells us only your name and email address.

Deleting your data

Email bolenenglish@gmail.com from the address you signed in with and we will delete your account and personal details. Phrases you added may stay in the dictionary without your name.
